Prices and Availability

Bookings are normally from Friday to Friday for a 7 night stay, and outside of peak season holiday times we offer weekend and midweek short breaks. Prices for one week start from £455. Short breaks start from £350, please contact us to enquire about available dates and prices (3 nights minimum stay).

What’s included in the Price?

Bed linen and towels. Water & Utilities. Secure Garaged parking. free Internet access. Cot, high chair & toy box on request. Ironing and airing facilities. Selection of books, DVDs and CDs, games station & games for use during your stay. Two adult bikes for guest use and complimentary treats on arrival.

Booking terms

For bookings made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival a 50% deposit is required. From the date we receive your booking instruction we will send an invoice for the deposit (please note - deposit payment is required within 7 working days of the booking date to secure your reservation and is non-refundable). The balance is due for payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks or less of arrival, from the date we receive your booking instruction we will send an invoice for payment in full, this must be paid within 7 working days to secure your reservation. 

You can pay by cheque or bank transfer, or by credit/debit card or PayPal, please note there is a 4% charge for card payments.

For Non UK resident bookings we require an additional payment of a non-refundable property insurance fee of £25.

Please note that holiday insurance is not included in your booking. For peace of mind we would recommend that you arrange suitable cover for your holiday.
